How Do I Cancel My Ellie Subscription?Updated a year ago

You may cancel your subscription at any time. There is no cancellation fee. If you decide to cancel your subscription, contact our customer service team up to 5 business days prior to your monthly billing date through our website contact form or by phone at 1-844-338-5044 and we'll take care of it right away. 

Cancellation requests must be received a minimum of 5 business days prior to your bill date to ensure your box for that month is canceled. Requests not received in time will not take effect until the following month's box.
