Can I Return Or Exchange Subscription Items?Updated 7 months ago
We allow returns for 1-2 items in your collection or the whole set for a partial or full refund. We also provide size exchanges for free. Take note that all items must still be in original condition with all tags attached and within 30 days of the order date.
The return fee will be waived if you’re exchanging items for a different size.
If you return your item/s for a refund, a flat shipping rate of $5 will be deducted from your return total.
If you receive a box with a damaged/defective product, or incomplete contents, or require a size exchange - please email Customer Care within 30 days of your processing date.
